I’ve bought four cars with zero records. Oddly enough the two with literally every record since new have been the most work. I would certainly want records for a nice SC400 though.

I would be curious to know if you’d service that if you had to. I don’t remember the exact numbers, but I think it’s pretty expensive service on the 2.7T. Mine would take me fifteen years because I’m not handy, but I could do it in my garage if I were determined.

I looked into doing it myself. By the time I get all the fancy tools I really wouldn’t be saving much. I’m going to try and get it serviced before the OPPO meet. I leak oil and it smells. The guy said he would do the belt cuz it has to come off anyway
